I bought a 32 sq m parcel on Zindra with the intention of flipping it, but then thought, hey, why not keep it as a place to take guys when I don't want to take them to my place, so I did :)
I also rezzed lights that illuminate so i don't need to set midday when I'm there. Not bad, parcel supprts 10 prims and I've only used 8.
Can't wait to use it.
