A Naked Walk Across Second LIfe: Day 1

Bay City Airport Lobby
Andie and I met up at our home early and soon decided it was time to start our great adventure. I TPed to the sim, flew over to our designated starting point, and TPed Andie in. The first place I wanted to visit was the Bay City Municipal Airport, a place I had visited many times in the past with my good friend Kaboom. He enjoyed visiting the airport recruiting for his Demon Sex Group.

We had no sooner entered the mostly deserted lobby when a noob rushed past, bumping me as he headed for the exit. Obviously the sight of two naked girls had cause him to lose control of himself, because after he went by, I noticed a sticky smear on my thigh.

I saw a vampire standing nearby and reminded Andie to watch out for spampire bite requests, because info hubs are notorious hangouts for spampires. I figured we were pretty safe though, because spampires prefer Noobs who don't have a clue what the bite request means, thus condemning themselves to future hours of anguish over their lost souls.

Checking a map
After a few minutes i suggested we depart, and Andie agreed as we headed back south to the main road. The next place I wanted to check out was Moose Beach info Hub, so we headed east, then turned north again. I stopped to check out a map while Andie was afk, then continued north to the beach, where I TPed Andie to join me.

Noob
There was actually signs of life here, and we talked to our first noob of the day. I assured him that yes, all the rumors he had heard were true, that SL was chock full of naked girls running around looking for sex. He offered to fuck us, but before i could decline Andie whispered to me that she wasn't fucking any noobs. I said sorry, not today and we took one last look around before heading off. I didn't bother to tell him most of those horny girls were in fact RL guys. I figured, let him find out for himself.
Moose Beach Info Hub
We were working our way through the industrial area of Bay City, past the rail yards and docks, when we saw a small door in a high brick wall, with a sign that said "Public Welcome" so we went in. We discovered an enchanting magical oasis hidden in the midst of grimy industrial decay. Andie suggested that we were Alice's in Wonderland, and i agreed. How many other places are there like this in SL, hidden away, rarely visited?
A hidden Gem
We finally got back to the main road and i suggested we wait for a city bus or trolly to come by and we could take it to our next destination, a busy spot near another info hub. After about 5 minutes i remembered it was Sunday and there probably wouldn't be bus service so i hopped down and we started walking again.
Waiting for a bus
I looked at the sign and saw a name i recognized, Ahern info hub, a place i had heard about. I suggested that might be a good place to end our first days adventure, and we started walking the seemingly endless road
Checking for a destination
As we approached a bridge i walked through a rezz zone, so i smiled at Andie and said "watch this" and rezzed a car. "We aren't walking anymore, we're driving in style". After getting stuck 3 or 4 times and editing the car back onto the road i got us pointed in the right direction and off we went, crashing into a brick wall right as we got to the small info hub near a rather large crowd of people I wanted to check out. The car wasn't damaged at all. Anyone that ever watched "The Dukes of Hazzard" knows those '69 Chargers were built to take a lot of punishment.
General Lee
We headed north and soon reached a place called "The Artificial Intelligence Club" I quickly realized they were probably all bots. We did have a nice convo with a chat bot though, and I must say it was better than probably 90% of the conversations I've had with RL people in here

Artificial Intelligence Club
While I was there i couldn't resist dancing for a couple of minutes. I think the bot to my right was a nazi, but i couldn't get a good enough look at the insignia on his cap

Grooving with the Bots
After a while we took our leave and headed back to the highway. No rezzing zones and no buses meant a long walk to our final destination of Ahern Info Hub. We saw a long incline ahead of us and trudged slowly to the top. Cresting the hill, just beyond the end of the highway, we saw it, sunlight reflecting off the glass paneled roof, our final destination for the day. Before proceeding i told Andie to be careful, Ahern was as vile a hive of Noobs and Griefers as any in SL

Ahern info hub: First days destination
Unfortunately I forgot to mention trolls, because we had barely entered the  info hub when we caught the eye of one of Ahern's regulars, a typical muscle bound idiot whos IQ is lower than the diameter of his biceps. He entertained us by saying that Andies pubic mound was thicker than his beard and that we were most likely guys. I responded by telling him his parents were probably dead and that he had hidden their bodies so that he could continue living in their basement.

A few residents of Ahern Info hub
Andie and i agreed to halt our journey here for the day, so we set a LM and TPed to one of SL's many fine nude beaches to enjoy some R and R with our good friend H.

We agreed that the start of our journey was a success, and we look forward to continuing very soon

A Fresh Start for this Blog... A Naked Walk Across Second Life

I have been in Second Life almost 6 years now, and I often thought it would be interesting to "walk" across Second Life. Most of the land is discrete unconnected sims that one can't walk from one to the next, but there are mainland continents with good road systems.

If I limited my walk to to continental  land masses, and traveled from west to east, I could "walk" across Second Life.

I mentioned it to my big sister Andie, who is a confirmed Second Life nudist. She loved the idea. I then added a dimension I hadn't considered before. We could walk nude across SL, (bypasing General sims) and see who we can meet and interact with.

Okey okey, interact meaning "see who we can have sex with".

I think it will be a fascinating way to see Second Life and I'm sure meet many interesting people.

We have set our starting point in the Bay City dockyards, at a bridge that connects to a General rated continent and will start walking east, visiting various venues and info hubs, meeting and interacting with the other visitors and residents. At the end of each days walk we'll set a lm to resume at a later time.

Stay tuned for updates and pictures.. lots of pictures.
