I have a dog in RL. I wasn't crazy about getting one, but my family insisted.
She warmed my heart after a week or so, and now I'm her main companion.
We all love her dearly.
She is only 3 and a half, but my partner and I already dread her passing.
I believe with all my heart, that when she goes, she will go straight to heaven.
My dad will be there waiting for her. He will give her treats and belly rubs, and she will spend her time digging, and chasing squirrels.
When its my turn to go, my dad and my dog will be waiting at the gates to greet me.
Cherish every moment, no one knows how many they have left.
