I logged in this morning to a message asking if I would sell one of my Trump sign parcels.

I tped over to see which one it was, then immediately replied offering to sell it to him, for $1000 L
Any experienced dealer in land knows that price is typical for a 2 side protected 16 sqm parcel.
Okey I checked, its only 1 side protected, but it's still worth $1000 L
He has an 8864 sq m parcel for sale for $62,500 L and obviously thought it would be far easier to sell if my sign wasn't there.
I bought my parcel on August 1st of this year and probably paid about $300 L for it. I put up an advertising banner in complete accordance with the rules.
He bought his parcel on August 22nd. My sign was already in place.
And now he has decided he must have my parcel, but refuses to pay the price I asked for it.
If I was the gouger he thinks I am, I'd have demanded 5 times as much, but even so, it's my right to ask any price i want.
Looking at the map, it seems he also had it up for auction. I guess he figures my sign will reduce interest.
When I made my fair and generous offer to sell a parcel I had no prior interest in selling and was quite happy with, he immediately became belligerent and demanded a much lower price.
Actually, he seemed surprised that I wanted anything at all for it, because, hey "its just a block"

He obviously thinks he can AR me, get my land confiscated, and then buy it from LL for $1 L per sq m.
Its people like this that give SL land flippers such a bad reputation.

Afterword: He IMed me later apologized saying he had a headache, and asked if we could be friends.
Pt 2: He imed me again and offered a swap for another parcel, I said it was fine, I'd let him have it for 300 and call it good. And, we friended.
Pt 3: He sold me three other 16 m parcels for 250 each
