I was using the inworld search looking for micro parcels to flip (yes I'm still doing it) , when I found one I just had to check out.
It was 16 sq m 2x protected on a LL channel. The price was $128 L, so I thought, sweet, an easy flip.
So I bought it. The first question I always have is why didn't the person who's land I abut carve out a 16 sqm section in the back of their parcel, and buy this one.
I can only assume its because they feel entitled to their unobstructed view, that no one should dare buy that parcel, and they will scream to the heavens about evil land flippers and adfarmers desecrating their view and mainland in general.
Well today was their lucky day, because after some consideration, I decided I'd use the parcel myself, and not for an advert .
After setting a concrete base, I set out my toobie rezzer. Now I'll be free to explore that entire mainland region floating on a toobie.
