Got a pretty good price, $1995 L for roadfront. There was a couple of micro parcels on the road, but they didn't really block access in any way.
I went back the next day and they were combined into one 80 sqm parcel,
and they were for sale for $1995 L.
It was a typical flipper trick, sell the main parcel cheep and then try to gouge on the road front micro parcels,
Sorry, its not working this time. I rezzed some trees and my ad column. I can't see that micro parcel anyway now
Got a nice place to dance outdoors now.
